• Platform Expertise & Management: Serve as the technical owner and primary expert for SevOne and UPM performance management systems. Manage and develop custom monitoring templates, dashboards, and alerts tailored to MPLS and IGW services and DPI.
• Reporting & Visualization: Design, generate, and present insightful performance reports, dashboards, and trend analyses for technical teams, management, and the customer, utilizing platform tools, Excel, and potentially BI platforms like MicroStrategy, MS BI.

Network Monitoring: Actively monitor network management systems (NMS), dashboards, and alerts for events related to infrastructure devices & Services and associated services (IGW, DC,IPMPLS, BNG, Firewall, IGW, and Internet Services).

Event & Incident Handling (L1): Acknowledge alarms and events promptly within defined service levels.

• Change Management: Manage the lifecycle of changes on BNG platforms, including service profile updates, policy implementation, software upgrades, and hardware additions, following established ITIL change management procedures.
• Performance Management: Monitor key BNG performance indicators (KPIs) such as session count, CPU/memory utilization, throughput, and latency. Analyze performance data using dedicated tools to identify bottlenecks or areas for optimization. Implement and refine QoS policies. Generate performance reports and contribute to capacity forecasting.

Change Management: Implement, validate, and document firewall policy changes, software upgrades, hardware replacements/additions, and configuration modifications according to strict ITIL change management protocols. Assess the security impact of proposed changes.
Performance Management: Utilize performance monitoring tools to track firewall throughput, session establishment rates, latency, and resource utilization. Analyze performance data to identify potential bottlenecks or required tuning. Optimize firewall configurations and policies for performance. Generate regular performance and security reports.

• Change Management: Plan, execute, and validate network changes, including configurations, software upgrades, hardware expansions, and technology modernizations within the IP-MPLS domain, adhering strictly to ITIL processes.
•  Performance Management: Utilize advanced performance monitoring tools to analyze traffic patterns, latency, jitter, and path utilization. Implement traffic engineering policies (RSVP-TE, Segment Routing) for optimization and load balancing. Generate insightful reports and contribute to capacity planning.

Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead the design, architecture, and evolution strategy for carrier-scale DNS, Web Filtering, CG-NAT, DDoS mitigation, and related internet service platforms. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.

• Platform Management & Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day health, performance tuning, and capacity management of critical internet systems.

Minimum of 4 years of comprehensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including a proven track record of extensive work with One Identity Manager.

2. Strong understanding of end-to-end user lifecycle processes, covering architecture, design, engineering, implementation, and operations. Specialization in leveraging the capabilities of One Identity Manager is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, or related field
• Should have 6 + years of experience in SAP integration technology SAP PI/PO, SAP * Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Alert Configuration
• Experience in Graphical apping with UDF knowledge, XSLT mapping and JAVA
• Experience in Mapping-Should have good unit testing and UAT exposure.
• Experience in SAP PI architecture, ESR, iFlows, ICO and BPM

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
