- Change Management: Manage the lifecycle of changes on BNG platforms, including service profile updates, policy implementation, software upgrades, and hardware additions, following established ITIL change management procedures.
- Performance Management: Monitor key BNG performance indicators (KPIs) such as session count, CPU/memory utilization, throughput, and latency. Analyze performance data using dedicated tools to identify bottlenecks or areas for optimization. Implement and refine QoS policies. Generate performance reports and contribute to capacity forecasting.
