Cisco IPCC Revamp: NETS Delivers Advanced Contact Center Solution 

NETS Pakistan has deployed and modernized their Cisco IP Based Contact Center (IPCC) which provides a full-featured, end-to-end contact centre solution with flexible deployment options. Packaged CCE is a simplified, pre-packaged contact center solution for up to 12,000 agents with advantage, reduced pre-sales and post-sales cycles, and simplified deployment, operation, and maintenance. Packaged CCE includes Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Unified Customer Voice Portal, and Unified Intelligence Center running on a single server. 

For the contact center upgrade, PTCL current Cisco IPCC was upgraded to latest version. Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) delivers intelligent contact routing, call treatment, network-to-desktop CTI, and multichannel contact management over an IP infrastructure. 

Further to the migration to flex platform, current End of Sale/ End of Support hardware of Cisco IPCC has been replaced with the new one. NETS Pakistan successfully migrated current Cisco IPCC to the latest one.
