- Proven experience as a Fiber Optic Technician in FTTH deployment projects.
- Proficient in:
- Fiber blowing using blowing machines and compressors.
- Fusion splicing and handling fiber optic cables.
- OTDR and power meter testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot fiber routes and solve field-level problems independently.
- Skilled in drilling, conduit installation, and mounting of enclosures/boxes.
- Familiarity with civil drawings, splice sheets, and network documentation.
- Understanding of fiber routing best practices and fiber optic standards.
- Knowledge of HSE practices and ability to conduct on-site safety assessments.
