• Design and implement IaC frameworks to automate the provisioning and configuration of data center infrastructure for AI workloads.
•  Orchestrate and manage multi-layer automation across compute (GPU/CPU), networking (VXLAN, EVPN, BGP), storage (NVMe, object, parallel file systems), and virtualization platforms (KVM, VMware, OpenShift).

•  Deploy and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters tailored for GPU-intensive workloads in AI/ML environments.

Event & Incident Handling (L1): Acknowledge alarms and events promptly within defined service levels.

• Change Management: Manage the lifecycle of changes on BNG platforms, including service profile updates, policy implementation, software upgrades, and hardware additions, following established ITIL change management procedures.
• Performance Management: Monitor key BNG performance indicators (KPIs) such as session count, CPU/memory utilization, throughput, and latency. Analyze performance data using dedicated tools to identify bottlenecks or areas for optimization. Implement and refine QoS policies. Generate performance reports and contribute to capacity forecasting.

Change Management: Implement, validate, and document firewall policy changes, software upgrades, hardware replacements/additions, and configuration modifications according to strict ITIL change management protocols. Assess the security impact of proposed changes.
Performance Management: Utilize performance monitoring tools to track firewall throughput, session establishment rates, latency, and resource utilization. Analyze performance data to identify potential bottlenecks or required tuning. Optimize firewall configurations and policies for performance. Generate regular performance and security reports.

• Change Management: Plan, execute, and validate network changes, including configurations, software upgrades, hardware expansions, and technology modernizations within the IP-MPLS domain, adhering strictly to ITIL processes.
•  Performance Management: Utilize advanced performance monitoring tools to analyze traffic patterns, latency, jitter, and path utilization. Implement traffic engineering policies (RSVP-TE, Segment Routing) for optimization and load balancing. Generate insightful reports and contribute to capacity planning.

Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead the design, architecture, and evolution strategy for carrier-scale DNS, Web Filtering, CG-NAT, DDoS mitigation, and related internet service platforms. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.
